Rewrite profile photo crop/zoom logic

Display and crop were using inconsistent coordinate systems.
Display now uses: translate(translateX+offsetX, translateY+offsetY) scale(zoomLevel)
Crop uses: srcX = -(offsetX + translateX) / scale
